Dermalogica UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Have been a dermalogica professional customer for the past 15 years. Always had a great experience with ordering products and training, but since they have changed their way of ordering on line , it has been a nightmare. Most of their customer service staff, are not trained properly to help and I always end up calling them twice at least to make the payment and get the order released. But I have given 5 star not for dermalogica but for Amy Willing , who was absolutely fantastic when I called the second time and she was great at assisting me . Thank you Amy . We need more staff like you in customer service.

Straightforward. Only thing it’s said Royal Mail Delivery next day. £3.99. Did not arrive until tge Wednesday and not the Tuesday which would have been the next day.

Bought a travel size set from a retailer and the toner was leaking. Wasn’t worth a 70 mile round trip to return when there nothing wrong with the other products. Contacted customer service who were so helpful, Tori was the agent and organised for a new product to be sent out straight away and they even upgraded the size. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase Dermalogica again after the Excellent customer service!

Could not be more satisfied. After a wonderful online consultation, I made an error with my order which was rapidly sorted out with one very quick phone call. Adore the products; great customer service to go along with them. Massively recommend.
