DERMAE – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

DermaE is the first product that has changed my skin so drastically, and for a fraction of the cost of comparable products! All their products have been wonderful.

I have been using Derma E products for over a year. I really do like their products. However their Customer Service is AWFUL!!! This is why I am compelled to write this review. You wait on the phone to speak to an agent who never gets on. Instead you get directed to leave a message which no one responds to. You send emails and they don't respond to them either. I understand that I am not the only customer trying to contact them but I would think that after a couple of days someone would respond!

Great products, but DermaE is not competent in logistic. I ordered from Amazon for years without problems. I don't know why I had the stupid idea of ordering from them directly. A few minutes ago, my second DermaE delivery arrived, and it's the second time something is missing. They sell a joke of a "glow set', which is basically 2 samples and some junk. The junk they delivered, but one out of only two samples is missing. Naturally, the sample of the cream I wanted to try. This company made me pay $15 for a sample.If you don't care about sending orders correctly, why do you even bother to make good products?
