2X 30" HP Snow Blower Model; 31AH5DVU710 Faulty engines -- will not run on idle Company says it either has to run on a half choke or under a load. But it does not work properly. Widespread defective engines.

We bought a snow blower two years ago. $1500.00 !!! This is the third winter. The cord that engages the blade breaks all the time. We have replaced about 8 of them so far. Very unreliable. We wish we never bought it and will not replace it with another cub cadet machine. Do not buy cub cadet products

Ordered a part for my mower through their phone service the website does not work. Was not sent an email with tracking number so I called to find out what is going on.I was told their website was unable to send out emails with the necessary tracking info...a tech issue (I guess I saw that comming) was given the tracking info from the person over the phone. The pkg is on the way.

I bought a cub cadet zero turn from Home depot very simple the only problem is they leave the mowers outside.The mowers sit in the raine and sun for months and start to rust.The problem with the mower is when you turn on the cutting blades it begins to vibrate so bad it feels like it's going to fall apart.I went on line and found out I'm not the only one that is having this problem you can look it up on YouTube. The mower is great built strong and easy to remove deck .I should not have to work on a brand new mower to stop the vibration. The deck has a bad pully design. On YouTube the company rep was saying the one that came back for that problem was a one off but it's not their are many including mine.I can't send it in for repair because I live in south Florida and my grass grows year round and I can't wait months for them to figure this out.With a vibration this bad it's going to start breaking things .Thanks cub cadet.

I bought myself a new Cub Cadet 2 Stage Snow Thrower this year. An amazing product with no issues and is a work horse to say the least. My unit has 6 speeds and I can’t go beyond 2. If I do…the unit will drag me down the driveway !!!
