Crocs – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Shoes arrived on time and as described. I had a small issue with one shoe but this was resolved quickly through email with a very positive outcome and a replacement quickly sent. They offer a 90 day free refund and will even price match if you swap for a different size. I can honestly say I have received the best customer experience ever from Crocs and will continue to buy with complete satisfaction. Had to write this as I could not believe the negative reviews and it certainly wasn’t my experience at all.

Ordered two pairs of Crocs in different styles but there was an issue with the order. Contacted customer services via email. They were very efficient and rectified the problem very quickly. One pair of Crocs didn't fit as expected so were returned for refund which was processed promptly also. Despite the initial problem, my experience with Crocs and customer service has been excellent

Honestly, once i saw the reviews here I panicked about my order. However, my shoes arrived within a week and was exactly what I had ordered. No complaints here.

No wonder Crocs are the most popular type of shoes among the medical professionals. They are comfy and practical. I never ordered from the official website and I have no clue about their support issues. The quality of shoes is great and that’s the only thing that matters to me.

My customer experience was exceptional with Alyssa the assistant manager from the Crocs Outlet store in Limerick, Pa. I took my twins to the store on 9/2/23 and bought 2 pairs crocs - after going to the food court - the crocs were stolen and they were devastated. We contacted security and they could not help. I called the store on 9/5/23 to see if someone returned them and told Alyssa the story - where she immediately contacted the district manager who allowed her to mail us the same crocs. Alyssa texted me the tracking number and they arrived on 9/9/23. Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure my twins got their crocs. There should be more people like Alyssa who provide exceptional customer service.
