CPAP Supply – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am very suspicious that the reviews here are for TWO different companies with similar names. After I picked up on that from reading the reviews, I went ahead and ordered. All was perfect. Price was much lower on one item and the same on all others. Product delivered on time.

I sent in an order on February 14 for a new ResMed AirSense 11 Auto CPAP Machine to replace a 20-year-old ResMed model that was failing. My complete order was delivered to my door exactly 7 days later, extremely well packed and with nothing missing. I got the machine up and running without a hitch. I am impressed with the quality of the product and just as impressed at the quality of CPAP Supply USA's order fulfillment.

I ordered a cpap machine and called to check on my order. They were very helpful and told me with the supply issues when it would be in. Almost to the day that is when it arrived. I called back when it arrived and Brittany in customer service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints about this company. I got a good price and am very happy I ordered from them.

I have made two separate orders through CPAP Supply USA. The first order was easy and smooth and I received my product as promised. The second order did not go as smoothly and I received a different product than what I had ordered. I called CPAP Supply USA and they immediately resent my product without any hassle or trying to blame me for the mixup. Their customer service is outstanding and I am a happy customer, I will definitely go back to CPAP Supply USA for my next order. Great products also.
