I haven’t used Cowshed personally but I bought a voucher for my sister in law a few years ago after the birth of my niece on rave reviews from friends. Because of a combination of Covid and a battle against childhood cancer my sister in law never got to use her voucher. I wrote to Cowshed recently to see if there was any way the could help with the expired voucher. Lucy provided excellent customer service, with a really sympathetic and helpful response.
