Countdown – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I've been using countdown for some time now, several years at least. I am really very happy with the service. Today after being sick for a week, the driver brought 300$ worth of groceries up the flight of stairs to my apartment. It was greatly appreciated. In addition, every now and then a promotional item is dropped into my order and its always a nice surprise. It beats having to shop myself, I have more important things to do with my time and this helps me a great deal. Thank you to all those who are involved.

We moved here four weeks ago to the Wainuiomata Retirement village ,the Countdown here is amazing and the checkout staff are fantastic as we are elderly we find it hard to do cards and keep up with packing ,but no need here as we have always had our groceries packed by the super friendly staff .Love Countdown Wainuiomata

I ordered an online shop for Easter originally for delivery but we changed to pick up. We picked up in a rush as we had a ferry to catch. The young man who delivered the trolley to us did not realise there was a second trolley. We were packing the car together and didn’t realise things we’re missing. A very apologetic customer service officer rang us. We were en route to the ferry and couldn’t come back. The customer service officer drove the groceries from Silverdale to Sandspit on Good Friday on her way to go on holiday herself, got the missing items ti the ferry, paid the shipping fee and we now have Easter Eggs for the children. Very very grateful. The mistake wasn’t hers but she certainly fixed it. Well done Countdown

Thanks for letting me pick my parcels up from one of your Wellington locations! Really appreciate your patience with me. I know it can be an annoying process.. looking for the parcels, signing them out, scanning the barcodes, checking ID and at the same time juggling your job! I promise I won't come and pick them up during a busy rush hour again 😂😭 Just want to let you know I appreciate the assistance and the kindness of your staff. You are all so awesome and hard working! I bought 4kg of potatoes on Saturday 10th Feb, today (14th Feb) they are now $10.99. Have a heart big supermarkets, uour not helping
