Clarks UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Amazing experience in Birmingham newstreet. We were served by the beautiful Maryam with the help of her lovely manager Aaidah. Amazing girls who helped my find some summer sandals, new trainers and a practical backpack. Will definitely be back here.

My daughter (who has Autism) and I were greeted by Jodie from the Barnstaple branch . She measured and helped my daughter to find the best fitting shoe, also useful advice was given another member of staff. Jodie was very patient which reduced the stress of shopping for something new and different.

Went to Clark’s forestside today with my two children and had a wonderful experience. Rachel was the one who was fitting both their shoes and she was just fantastic! She was delightful, very efficient, so patient and made it an overall lovely experience for both the kids. We will be back, thank you Rachel!

My issue concerned a 15% promo. I thought Clarkes were ingenuous hiding details of the offer until checkout. First reply from Georgia at Clarkes was brilliant - fast and fair. I would give Clarkes a five star for her efforts. However, I received a second reply from an anonymous agent a few hours later which was dismissive and hardly worth a single star. Shows how much companies depend on individuals.

I’ve visited Clark’s Dundrum with my 1 year old for his 1st and 2nd. Great experience both times. Miriam served us on the 2nd visit and was very knowledgeable and helpful, my little guy loves his new shoes and they have definitely helped him feeling more sturdy on he’s feet and he’s flying around now!
