Choxi – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I waited 8 weeks for a shower speaker. It never came. Normally I got my orders within a week. So I emailed Choxi. They told me to be patient. We emailed back n forth & they finally gave me a credit to my account. A CREDIT?! I paid by charge card, refund my card. I waited & thought, maybe I will order something. But I couldn't figure out how to apply or even find my credit. Now I'm out the money since they are no longer online!! Unreal!!

ripped me off along with other customers and suppliers. they got my money and i got no product. what a ripoff !!!!!!

I have ordered from chock before and had received great service, however, I placed an order back in September and I am still waiting.

This site sells nothing but junk. Cothing of any sort is usually Sized wrong or made so shoddy. MOST OF THIS GARBAGE comes from China is is a complete waste of money. You cannot Trust any item to be of quality of any kind here. Will they take it Back, yes but it is definitely a buyer beware site.

Bought items that were not as advertised and was sent one item from a four item order that, when the company was questioned, responded that the order could not be located. After a few more emails of demand for refund, the company responded that ;l Choxi.com has gone through a transition period. We are happy to report that Choxi.com is now under new Management. As a new management team, we are diligently working to clear the backlog of inquiries and shipments. This process will take a while; with more customer service agents coming back online each day and working day and night to get back on track, we will once again have the capacity to address each customer on a timely basis and we anticipate being full operational within the next 30 days. Within this time frame (and as soon as possible) you will be updated on the exact status of your order(s). We are working extremely hard with our suppliers to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Our goal is to fulfill all outstanding orders within the next 30 days, but because of the number of suppliers involved, it may take up to 60 days. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
