Ordered 9/17 Website states ships in 5-8 days Did not ship so I emailed 3x to cancel Item shipped update 10/1 Received item 10/5 JUNK! a piece of cheap material, definitely not Charming Charlie clothing Some odd foreign brand on tag Do not fall for this....waste of money Accepts returns but at a huge loss, they charge return shipping fees Keep in mind I sent 3 emails (only way to contact them) to cancel

I placed two orders, one 8 days ago, and one 6 days ago. It took two emails to receive a response from Yumi stating it takes 5-8 days to ship. I still have not received notice either have shipped. I don't know if this is a different owner than the stores, but I will not buy from this place again. I am going to attempt to cancel my orders. Customer service is terrible.

Ordered $95 worth on Aug.19. The shipping continues to say "shipping label created". One full month later, no merchandise received. All phone numbers for customer service are disconnected. Emails go unanswered. I disputed charges with my bank to refuse payment. Horrible, horrible service by charming charlie. I would have given a zero of I could.

This place is where dreams come true. This was my favorite place to work. The leadership + sales management at the store I worked at in Ohio was really compassionate. We reached our sales goals majority of the time and floor sets were so much fun. To be a shopper was always a pleasurable experience. There is a style for everyone and it is really cool to feel the beauty in the simple things CC has to offer. Life is better when there is a local Charming Charlies

Just received a gold and rhinestone bracelet that I ordered. It is beautiful, just as gorgeous if even more so than pictured on their web site. Will wear a lot. Love it.
