Paid for a renewal of licence, nothing. Sent two emails to support centre, no reply, no nothing not even an automated receipt.Waste of money in this case it's let the "caveat emptor" you might get what you pay for then you might not. Had to give one star as thats the least I could give

Legit program. But the worst costumer service. And at this moment I payed for extenting my licence but have recieved nothing (Payed 1st of October) I have been a loyal user for 12 years (since 2011), I renewed my licence, but I did not recive a licence code. I reached out to the team 4-5 times, but still haven't been getting any usefull feedback. Instead I get some giberish, with no explanation or solution. Way to treat a user for over a decade of loyalty ;-)

Very good virus detection, but for some reason i needed to do 6-7 virus searches for it to find all.
