My only problem is I could buy every single zavetti coat that was made as I think zavetti coats are just awesome as well as wearing them I would frame them up on the wall every single zavetti coat that was made is just awesome and stunning a big thank you to zavetti for making these awesome and amazing coats 💯

After reading bad reviews was quite concerned. However. Ordered a coat on Saturday, recieved today (Wednesday) Good quality coat and customer service was good

Ordered Rumarzo jacket using a blue light discount. Confirmation email received swiftly, followed by dispatch email, Tracking number and delivery 2 days later. I was wary of some of the negative reviews, but my experience was faultless. **Update to say unfortunately my coat has a fault but the live chat with Rianna was great and a free returns label has been sorted already.

This is my second order with the company as the first order was too big. I sent back and used the exchange option but was told a refund had been sent as they didn't have the size I wanted, I checked the site and they did have my size in stock which was annoying, the cynic in me thinks they probably just said that so I had to buy at full price this time round (received 15% off the first order). I did receive the refund in a couple of days and I loved the coat so placed at full price anyway and received two days later with no issues. Despatch email and tracking number were both sent to me

After ordering a jacket from here i read the reviews and got a little paranoid that i had been scammed i contacted zavetti threw facebook who replied swiftly with a tracking number. My parcel arrived yesterday 11/12/23 i only ordered it on friday. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones but they answered every question I had. Don't think i would order again but i got what i paid for 2 days after ordering it
