YAY 4 YAS

First discovered YAS on Zalando but they didn’t have my size in a specific dress so I went to the source! The delivery was really quick considering it came from Poland! Which I didn’t realise at the time of ordering. I returned an item via Evri, I gave it 14days and then some more because covid is still a thing. I didn’t hear anything about receiving my returned parcel so I contacted customer service today, they looked into it. The parcel was lost in transit but a few emails back and forth, it was resolved in 20 mins and my refund was on the way. Such friendly and professional customer service, really surprised and sad to hear others didn’t experience the same. Shout out to Ilaf for being so nice and fixing the issue so fast!

Nice clothes and customer service

Y.A.S sells really nice clothes which are a bit different than you see in the main stores, this is nice! Next to that the customer service is incredible (which is operated by BESTSELLER). When I encountered a minor problem, I got a very fast response from a very friendly lady who even reached out to her collegues in the Netherlands to check something for me and fixed it. I would definetely recommend Y.A.S to everyone ! As, apart from the nice clothes, their customer service is very friendly, responds fast and not to forget very helpfull!

My First Time Using Bestseller

Saw a YAS dress online at M&S but it had sold out so I ordered from Bestseller Shop, finding three I liked!!! I had problems placing my order but their online chat customer service (Lisa) was brilliant in sorting it out and even emailed me back when we lost connection. Amazing service!
