The products are junk and the customer service is ridiculous. People who you can barely understand that just make you jump through hoops to get nowhere

Détecteur de fumée X-SENSE. Pile non remplaçable. Durée de garantie 10 ans. En fait, 2 des trois blocs installés n'ont pas durées plus de 4 ans. Je pense que l'une des raisons est le temps qui sépare fabrication et achat du client. Je rappelle qu'il s'agit d'un produit importé de Chine.

We recently bought eight X-Sense XS01-WT smart smoke detectors & three of them have gone offline which should not be a problem. However, after going offline they have failed to reconnect to the router. Customer services did respond very quickly with advice on how to reset them & one detector did get back online but the other two won't & they don't respond to the button presses & beeps outlined in the guidance. UPDATE:The instructions were quite poor & didn't cover what to do if they went offline. Eventually I found, by trial & error, that if they go offline all that's needed to bring them back online is to press the test button for a second. The unit then goes back online & sends a notification to my phone.
