WYBOT – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Very Disappointing I received the wybot L1 middle of nov 2024. From the beginning, I had problems. Logging into the app, next to no error messages and what did come out said failed and nothing further. Turned out I just had to neglect the failure and continue. Middle Dec 2024, alarm for the button 4 on diagram in manual began going off randomly. I contacted the service department, they first told me to reset a non-existent switch in the robot under the collection basket. As stated non-existent when asked if they would send a diagram of where to find the switch told me I should then clean the charging port non-existent because it has a cord. Have now said I must send the robot back at my expense +/- €180 to send from spain to france since it is too heavy for the postal service, complete rubbish service and for a quality product to break down with less than 30 hours running is not what I expected, especially after all the accolades from the reviews.

Part one of the review... I bought a Pool Robot from Wybotpool (Europe) in the beginning of August 2024, for some reason the currier returned the package without having tried to deliver it. Now, a month later I have still not received anything, customer service is a joke, they do absolutely NOTHING. Without having seen the products of Wybotpool, I will strongly recommend to NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company.

Achat d'un robot piscine A1 Wybot sur Amazon.it en juin, le robot tombe en panne 1 mois plus tard ! Après 3 semaines de réclamations, Wybot me propose d'échanger le robot de piscine. Je donne toutes les infos pour la livraison puis...plus aucune réponse à mes mails et réclamations (soit-disant, ils ont beaucoup de demandes !) En plus de ne pas respecter les obligations en matière de garantie, cette société est malhonnête car elle ne respecte pas ses engagements. Si vous achetez un produit chez eux, vous n'aurez aucun support après-vente ....je n'aurais pas dû acheter du matériel venu de Chine. Vous voilà avertis !

Aucune réponse du site. J'ai commandeur robot que je n'ai tjs pas reçu sans réponse de leur part. Ils m'ont donné un tracking DPD qui m'indique que le colis est revenu chez eux. J'ai essayé par mail et par chat...en vain. 0 étoile correspondrait mieux. A se demander si ça n'est pas une arnaque...dans laquelle je suis tombé !
