Workerkit – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I purchased a kit with nerf gun accessories from Workerkit. When it arrived, one piece was broken, there was no instruction manual, and when assembled, it did not work. No problem, that happens occasionally with products, right? On the day after I opened it, I contacted Workerkit following their return policy procedures to request an authorization to return. I met all of the criteria (original packaging, etc). They REFUSED to send me a return shipping address despite multiple requests. After a 2 week battle on email, where I submitted pictures, and was promised one thing and then another that never happened, I had to open a claim against them through Paypal. I was able to get my money back through Paypal. This company is very dishonest and has no intention of standing behind its products.
