Helpful when I used the chat on the website but unresponsive through Shop. Express delivery much slower than expected with no proactive communication about the delay. Have purchased before without issue and the pizza oven is good quality and reasonably priced.

Great piece of kit. Ordered mine in the Black Friday sale, a remarkably robust piece of kit for the price. Paid a little extra to get the gas attachment as well. We had some delicious pizza in no time. Really easy to put together and straight forward to use. Kids are pestering me to fire it up all the time!

What a great piece of kit. So easy to put together. The pizzas created were on another level. Obviously still got the technique to master but already on our first attempt we are super happy with it. Long my our pizza tea’s continue. The customer service received was also amazing. The oven arrived the day after ordering (which is what you would for hope when it’s purchased as a gift as its a little big to hide 😜) When unboxing the oven we noticed a small issue with it. I emailed Woodys to advise and got a response within a few minutes resolving the issue. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and can’t recommend them enough.
