Woodies – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Rude low-level-racist ignorant staff male in Ireland Lucan branch of this company. Couldn't see descriptions above each aisle so difficult to find stuff too. Mostly fairly cheap products. Likes to say it's totally Irish even though it's really part of a British company.

Very polite staff

Truly lousy customer service. Two days after placing an order I received an email saying it was on its way with a tracking number for Fastway. But Fastway had no tracking number and later in response to a query said it did not have the parcel. Repeated requests to Woodies were met with the same stock response - they would email Fastway & let me know what was happening. Then nothing. Customer service is generally bad in Ireland, but this is among the worst I have experienced. My first and last time to order something from Woodies.
