Exceptional customer service. Product became defective and local company wouldn't assist with a refund or replacement. Turned to the US company to see if they could assist and they went above and beyond to assist with replacing the unit and honoring their 5 year warranty, even though it wasn't technically applicable to my country as they don't ship directly to it. They still made a plan and the product is being shipped to a friend in the US and brought back to my country. Great service all round.

10/10 high quality long lasting products never had any issues long term

My first Premium 2 broke a couple weeks after buying it. It was under warranty so I was sent a replacement device, which I greatly appreciated. Was quite disappointed when the warranty replacement product they sent me, became defective as well (same inconsistent motor issue). I reached out and they have just replaced it under warranty once again, with very prompt service (I filled out the proper warranty form online and was contacted within 48hr but they do warn that it could take a while longer than that). Customer service is always spectacular. They are kind, patient, and ask the proper questions. Customer service absolutely deserves 5 stars! It is just quite unfortunate that the product became defective again, and reading other reviews I am not the only one with this experience. I am very worried about the new replacement device becoming defective as well.
