Don't order if you are outside of the UK. Carrier label error three weeks ago and since then nothing. At first some calming replies and now nothing. No delivery, no solution and not even any replies after I waited patiently another week. But of course already paid for. Thank you for nothing. UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE!!! Update: The problem was resolved. Customer Service answered and sent out a new package that arrived fast.
