Great dress for Prom good quality and fitted well. Would recommend.

Currently rating 4 stars as definitely room for improvement. I ordered 3 dresses last week and was eligible for free shipping. Had no issues with arrival whatsoever, came within 4 days. The products, in my opinion, are exactly as they are online and not under or overpriced. I am keeping one of these dresses as it is absolutely gorgeous and the fit is perfect and is very well-made. I guess it depends on the dress style/type where some people may go wrong as sizing obviously can vary. Big HOWEVER, it is costing me £18 to return the two unwanted dresses which is ridiculous. I would happily have paid more for the dress I am keeping so it's not the end of the world but i would have been fuming if I got nothing from the order. We'll see if I have any issues with the refund so this rating is definitely still pending.

Van de twee stukken die ik bestelde, heb ik er één - een overigens mooie jeans - teruggezonden, en enkel en alleen omdat de broek me niet stond. Zeer snel heeft Windsor het mij verschuldigde bedrag terugbetaald. Ik ben tevreden over zowel de kwaliteit van de kleding als over de service.

I bought a beautiful pair of high heels called "lace me up" in rhinestone, and I cannot be more pleased! They are absolutely beautiful ,they're delicate and very well made! $34 for these shoes was an absolute bargain and I am so thrilled to now own this piece!! Thank you, Windsor!!

Although my item unfortunately didn’t fit (large bust!) I was really impressed with the quality of the item in general, I’m in London UK and I received within 6 days! I am only dissatisfied with having the £15 return fee deducted from my balance which I hope can be waived as their customer support did offer me this option via a different return method but I had already returned it. Overall I would use them again.
