Really happy with the quality of the Titanic box from WB. We did have a small issue with one of the panels but WB's customer service team were absolutely brilliant and sent a replacement part, which arrived after a few days. Yes, there was a fairly lengthy delivery time for the case but we were aware of that when we ordered it and we think it was well worth the wait. Extreemely happy with the display case and we plan to buy more from WB.

The Titanic display case I purchased from them is amazing very well well constructed, really good quality and well worth the 8 weeks it takes to manufacture. And it has really made my Titanic look fantastic, especially with the printed back panel. I will defiantly be ordering more display cases from them.

After receiving my shelves for my Kallax unit I started to construct them, sadly my big mitts broke a crucial part of them. I contacted them via email and Paterina swiftly sent out replacement parts. They arrived much quicker than I expected and now my display unit is complete! Great customer service!
