Whittard of Chelsea US – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

On my most recent order from Whittards I had an issue with my delivery as two of the products were open and the contents spilled inside the box. It looked as if the Courier had been having a game of rugby with the box. I immediately took a photograph of the contents inside the box and subsequently spoke to Monica at customer service who within minutes emailed me with a new order to replace the damaged items. I was informed that the order would be marked as urgent and believe it or not but the replacement order arrived the following day. Excellent Customer Service by all involved.

Brilliant customer service: reflecting the quality of their products, I can't fault it from shop through to remote service, even years agree the original purchase. The lid of my tea pot was broken and has been replaced by Whittards efficiently and sensitively. I wasn't the most responsive, yet Monica was kind and helpful from start to finish - and very responsive I am so grateful! Thank you Monica!!
