Westminster Stone – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We are delighted with the Hidcote Flagstones we ordered from Westminster Stone. The customer service from Bob based out of the Hiller Garden Centre in Windlesham was excellent and his knowledge and advice was the deciding factor in opting to purchase from Westminster Stone. Great technical advice, great product and a great finish.

Fabulous from start to finish.We liked the product best from Westminster Stone,we chose Yorkshire Street paving-and as our landscaper was ready to start early they got it shipped extra quickly as not to delay the process.Everyone we dealt with was super efficient and helpful and now the paving is down and we can enjoy our courtyard garden-we are even more thrilled!!!!

You can always tell how good a company actually is when there is a problem. This is where the quality players with a long and strong reputation show their worth. I had an issue with a batch of Westminter Stone's fantastic Old Welsh quarry tiles... A couple of emails and photos with the (I presume) boss and a new pallet is on the way... No quibble, no problem. For me, that is excellent.

Great product, good pre-sales service and the patio looks stunning, however let down by a good number of substandard stones which Westminster stone wouldn't rectify. For example we had 28 large slabs (900*300) and 1/3 couldn't be used. The t&c's state that the delivery should be inspected within 72 hrs, I did inspect whilst they were still in the crate and only saw one large broken slab, however a week or two later when I removed them from the crates to sort I noticed 5 to 6 sq meters (out of two crates) which either has large chips, were discoloured or looked like concrete. My builder buys quite alot from them and was concerned with the amount of unusable stone. Still, great patio, I'm glad I bought more than I needed

Couldn't be happier with the finished result of my patio using Castle Blend Paving, ordering was easy online and was delivered promtly with no issues, would definitely recommend!
