Great company. I have ordered from them several times. They usually ship fast and their prices are competitive. The last time I ordered there was an issue with one item. I contacted them about it and they quickly rectified the situation by refunding me for the damaged item. Great customer service!

Well.ca has done it again! I have made several orders with well.ca and have always been happy, but this time they went above and beyond. I placed an order for a few items December 22, fully expecting them to arrive close to January. They were picked, shipped and arrived before noon December 24th!! What a wonderful surprise!!

I have used well.ca for over 10 years; a couple of orders a year because it is convenient and we tend to buy more obscure natural-based personal care products that can be hard to get at the local pharmacy. I cannot speak to their prescription service, but for toiletries and supplements I find them reliable and reasonably priced, and there are usually a decent number of product reviews to rely on. I avoid ordering in Winter as skin creams and such can freeze in transit. I’ve never made a return or had any occasion to contact customer service, every transaction has always been uneventful - which is how I like it!
