Wayfair UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Order No. #3901301594 I've got so used to poor ccustomer service with most companies, I was expecting the same from Wayfair. What a breath of fresh air to receive clear, efficient service from a young man at Wayfair today! I'd bought a stove top kettle which which turned out to be not fit for purpose. The handle got too hot to hold after boiling & the trigger to open the whistle cover was so hot, it burned my finger. I couldn't find an option on the website for free returns when an item was neither damaged nor faulty. Bad design was the problem. The customer service person I spoke to sorted out the problem in minutes with no hassle or to-ing & fro-ing. He actually listened to me (very rare for a customer service operative in my experience nowadays) & sorted everything out immediately. Stress-free! I think this customer service person should be at the very least a team leader, preferably in a management postion. Well done & thank you!!

The reason I haven't given Wayfair 5 out of 5 stars is because I bought a Swan microwave and the product stank of burning fumes the second time I used it. Not great as I paid,£60 for it. The £130 floor lamp was top quality though and the sofa cushions at average price was well above average quality. So all good on that front. I also scored some nice wall pictures very cheap and a French style wall clock, which I still have. Many thanks. G.

The desk quality is great and it only came a day after predicted so not too fussy about that.Arrived in perfect condition and it was just like the image.Assembly instructions were one of the easiest I’ve ever come across so I would definitely recommend.I was skeptical at first but It did not disappoint

Our beautiful rug was delivered this morning by 8.30am DHL. Updated by both Wayfair and DHL a great experience. The rug is just what we wanted so thank you.

Ordered 3 throws from Wayfair but only 2 arrived. Made a dispute with they’re chat and the agent arranged for another replacement to be sent which arrived the following day! Items were as expected and really good quality. This experience hasn’t put me off using again due to their efficient customer service agents.
