Ordered on line an item that was in stock. Over a month later, they won't respond to emails about order, hang up on me in customer service, then play annoying music while they put me on hold for extended period. Even though web showed in stock, item isn't in stock. Expected delivery date changes frequently, now they can't even say when it will ship. I understand, COVID... working from home, but this is the time to up your game, not ignore customers. Terrible customer service and company! Avoid!

Unable to process orders for weeks (up to 14 business days) due to a "technical issue". Customer service emails are non-responsive and the live chat is useless. It looks like others have experienced this kind of issue in the past, making this "technical issue" suspect and the most likely cause is incompetence.
