I am a regular customer of Wapta, and I have never had any issues. I have purchased 10 pairs in the last 4 years. I did however receive a faulty pair recently. I wrote to Wapta and they responded within 8 minutes of my email apologising, and explaining they will replace the pair. I received the replacement pair within 48 hours. The customer service and engagement with the Wapta team has always been extremely positive, and in this instance it was phenomenal. Thank you Wapta
