Grocery orders to Penguin Pick Up are great!

I live in Toronto and a service Wal-Mart offers for grocery delivery is: Drop-off at Penguin Pick-up. I order my groceries online through the Wal-Mart app, then pick them up at Penguin for a $3 fee. It is totally worth it to have your groceries picked and prepared for $3! The issues I've had are due to Penguin Pick-up staff handing me the wrong bags etc. I call Wal-Mart or request a refund in the app for missing items or even if an item is lacking in quality- they reimburse with no questions asked. This had made my life easier. I cannot speak to having items/hard goods delivered from the non-grocery service.
