Please come back to Bristol. Was a regular and happy user - Tier Dott are absolutely useless in every way!!! (Back on my bike now as our current e-scooter provider is basically unusable)

Bristol needs to bring back Voi. I used them all the time and rarely encountered problems. If I did they were always on hand to help and often issued credit. Such a friendly and human customer service team. Sadly Tier are dreadful, they don't work very well, the app is really glitchy and its impossible to speak to someone. They team are not friendly and unhelpful. such a shame!

Never had problems with Voi using them for 2+ years here in Bristol. Amazing customer service. I am absolutely gutted we are stuck with Tier for god knows how long. Tier scooters are absolutely useless and extremely dangerous. Please, I beg you, come back to Bristol. Me and hundreds other people miss you!

After bristol has made the switch from voi to tier I have come to realise how much I took this great company for granted. Voi scooters were always efficient and quick, the app was easy to use and the customer service was good and prompt. The scooters were very reliable and I never had an issue in my two years of using them. I miss voi and am devastated they're gone.

Ziemlich praktisch, kann verstehen das Leute sich wegen der Roller mitten auf der Straße aufregen, aber da kann das Unternehmen kaum was dafür. İch nutze es jedenfalls sporadisch, und es macht Spass bei gutem wetter
