VIZIO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have had 2 vizio 2.1 sound bars die after about 3 yrs of use providing tv sound. Good sound, great price and built like junk. Someone posted that the power pack is what dies. He paid $90 to repair it. The whole unit was about $160 new. I would never buy any Vizio product ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Bought a new 75" M series TV and the remote doesn't work correctly. Tried all the "canned" solutions to no avail. Contacted Vizio through website, described issue in detail including remote model number. Been 3 days now and not a peep out of Vizio. It's a shame how these companies treat the end user these days! It's only a $12 remote on Walmart and Amazon.com, but it's the principal. 2/24/23 OK, Today I just received a replacement remote! I never got an email that they even acknowledged my issue, which is why I posted my initial review. So I am satisfied with Vizio thusfar!

Got vizio TVs and 5.1 surround sound that all work well. I even have a Vizio TV from 7 or 8 years ago in my kid's playroom that still works as well as the day I bought it. Good value and well made to last.

I have bought a Vizio TV and it has been of great quality. I have not had any problem installing it and connecting it to my pc since everything was very easy
