Laura from reception was great and handled a stressful situation to the best of her abilties and donetta head of housekeeping was also a massive help in trying to locate missing items! Great team

We had a lovely Ladies meeting followed by lunch at the Village Hotel, Solihull. The staff were attentive to our needs during the meeting and buffet lunch was good. We had no complaints

What an excellent stay in a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. From the check in to the restaurant and finally check out everythings was a brilliant experience

I made a mistake with the dates booked via Booking.com - I can’t tell you how much Dan struggled with helping me to rebook ….in the end we didn’t manage to sort it so after 6 hours …apparently they had a computer glitch so I had to book via the Village app , got the dates I needed, same price as Booking.com and Dan helped us all the way Very happy with room and daily room cleaning and pool facilities. - we’ll done Dan !!!!!
