Had an issue with Evri and I contacted VB customer service and Nona was so fantastic, she responded and solved the issue in no time and was so kind and helpful honestly I can’t thank her enough! Amazing products and 5star customer service!! I have just placed another order and can’t wait to receive it! Super highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service . Eye shadow stick arrived broken in two ( it is very fragile), Athena sent new one immediately , after I sent them an email . My favorite beauty products now, I have a lip gloss ( best I ever had , already got my second tube), contour pen, kajal satin liner ( I have three different shades), eyebrow baby blade , liquid mascara for eyebrows. Can’t wait to try everything . Luxury packaging. I love VB!

Immediately addressed my delivery issues! I ordered olive( gorgeous) eyeliner x 2 EVRI apparently delivered it kindly( not) leaving it on my door step! I didn’t receive it and they passed the buck back to VBB which I was annoyed at😡 anyway contacted VBB straight away and literally the next day had a replacement order! VBB shouldn’t have to replace it EVRI were at fault yet VBB addressed it promptly which I am very happy with PS don’t try buying dupes of this beautiful pencil they just don’t compete thanks VBB I love my product it’s my new Christmas present from like everyone☺️
