Prospect + Vine – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am reviewing their return policy for any item. The company statement states that :any item for a refund without hassle or fuss. ( item #9- on company's bill of rights). It seems the customer service person has the right to determine if an item can be refunded. The item in question for me was a food product. I had one customer service person honor that request with no hassle, but one told me this one time she would give me a refund and make a note to that effect. Nowhere does Vermont Country Store state that food items are the exception to this policy. BUYER BEWARE!

Order two plum pudding from them but one arrived damaged. Emailed them but they were slow to respond, it was over the Christmas Season. They did respond about a week later fully refunding both puddings and shipping costs. Was very happy with outcome.

Someone stole my card details and made purchases on this site. After contacting customer service ( Michelle M) to block the transaction, the money was returned to my account. Thank you

I don't know who they are, but they started sending me their ads in my email, and unsubscribing does no good. I've relegated them to spam. This does not inspire trust.

I really love their selections of toiletries like soap and fragrances. I regularly buy the lemon verbena soap as a Christmas present for my brother and sister-in-law. The food items are also great.
