The bikes are good but the customer service has been awful. They sold out of an accessory over a month ago and I have been asking for them to provide the name of an alternate rear cargo rack we can order on our own. Four calls resulted in hang-ups, disconnects, and unfulfilled promises of emails and call-backs. My emails after resulted in responses that they would get back to me in two business days - it's now been five and still no responses despite additional emails and outreach. Terrible.

Bought 3 bikes, referred friend who bought 3 more. Like the bike. Tried to return one box never opened (color). Took them 3 weeks just to issue email shipping label (they didn’t want to have a return as they are more interested in reporting sales). Huge hassle returning thru FedEx. Then finally received refund two more weeks later, after$200 restocking fee for an unopened box. Horrible service.

Velotric is a startup company with improvements needed. They do not offer extended warranties. Bike is decent, but the service experience is horrendous. Focus on this! ▪️11/26 bike purchased ▪️11/26 - 11/29 I reached out via Insta for support - still no response. I wasnt confident in my purchase and needed reassurance with answers. ▪️11/29 I call and speak with Billy. He was defensive with my questions and not knowledgeable about the product. He advised someone will email me answering all of my questions- no email. ▪️11/29 Bike is picked up by FedEx ◾️11/30 I call to check the status on support and was able to get some clarity, but after that it solidify my decision and I asked to cancel. The rep said I will be responsible for $200 - it’s nonnegotiable. I speak with Ram. He agrees I called the same day fedex picked up and it could’ve been cancelled but will not do anything to prevent the $200 restocking fee since it’s now too late. Had my questions been answered since Sunday this whole thing could have been prevented. ▪️ 11/30 I reach out to Karen on LinkedIn for support where she advises someone in care will email me. ▪️ 12/5 I message her again letting her know I never received a response. ▪️ 12/6 Rummel messages me the process of cancelling and not answering any of my unanswered questions. His third response says someone answered my questions already… pretty sure they didn’t, but thanks for not taking ownership to resolve my issues. I would not recommend Velotric.
