I bought a $800 TV from them on May 3rd. It shipped on May 5th with a delivery window (from the carrier) of May 12th. The delivery was delayed. No biggies - I understand that happens especially in these challenging times. I have contacted Vanns 4 times since then twice my email and twice via the chatbot on their website. Last time I was told "Our representative will contact you within the next couple of minutes." I have not received the simple courtesy of a response to any of my messages. Would not recommend.

They were blowing Kef IQ series speakers out the door at fantastic prices and I got a good deal. My only complaint was that I let the salesman upsell me an expensive audioquest subwoofer cable I could have bought elsewhere for half the price, and likewise the same for audioquest speaker cable. I guess it's on the accessories where they clean up. All I am saying is do your homework on cables and things before you call and know the market. Other than that, the shipping was prompt and overall I was very satisfied with the transaction.
