Oh my goodness this company is terrible My daughter and mum in law never received their flowers and they blame Royal Mail Still struggling to get our money back Do not use this company absolute rip off

Wouldn't even give one star, ordered some flowers for mothers day, never arrived. Have called and emailed a number or times and have had no response.

Ordered 50 mixed roses for my wife's 50th birthday, paid extra to get them for midday or earlier (DPD) they arrived at 2:30 (can't really blame valueflora for that) And the roses didn't exactly look nice either! Also ordered a large vase and gypsophilia at extra cost which didn't arrive!! I have tried to call and even emailed them with no response!!! How this company is still running I really do not know, I foreshore will not be using them again, and I will let everyone I know and others not to use them......'PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Ordered flowers on Sunday (nostalgia basket) with first class post and they arrived on the Tuesday. Look great, the only slip up is the wrong message in the card! However this was handwritten (nice touch) and given I live with the recipient we could all laugh about it (although the intended recipient of "Ruth's" order might feel differently!) Waiting on cashback to be verified, I've had to raise it as a claim with Quidco. Hope to see it resolved asap.

Have ordered many times from this company and always been happy with quality and price of flowers delivered.
