I have to say after reading all the reviews on here, I thought I've made a big mistake.... I immediately tried to cancel my trial and I ended up at a page asking me to call or email them " to complete the process "... I sent an email with a screen shot of their request to call or email and I received an email confirmation from them in just 8 (EIGHT) minutes, that the trial was cancelled.

I wanted to cancel during the test period and called the customer care. The account was cancelled immediately and the customer care was friendly. Usenet.nl worked for me but I preferred premium.to because of pricing and flexibility. I droped one star because they accept cancellation only by mail or phone. I expected an automated cancellation in the account settings.

USENET es una ESTAFA, solicite una cuenta para descargar un libro que jamás me.permitió descargar, pero me pidió mi cuenta de banco, trato de pedir la baja dentro de los 14 días de prueba y no me lo permite, ni hay forma de.comunicar con ellos. Es una.lástima que hayan sitios como este.. Será que no se puede hacer NADA?? La recomendación es buscar opiniones acerca de los sitios antes de asociarnos a ellos

Bonjour, Lors de mon inscription sur le site de usenet.nl, je me suis rendu compte qu'il ne demander pas quelque euros par mois pour profiter de leurs service mais mais près de 100 €. C'est pour cela que j'ai interrompu mon inscription ( donc je n'ai jamais bénéficié de leurs services ), malgré ce détail il me demande de payer sinon il me poursuivront en justice. Je leurs est écrit un email leurs expliquant la situation.

Als jahrelanger Kunde kann ich die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht im Mindesten nachvollziehen. Mein Abo funktioniert störungsfrei, eine irrtümliche zweite Anmeldung durch ein Probeabo konnte völlig problemlos und hilfsbereit per Telefonat geklärt werden. Ich kann nur sagen: Man bekommt genau das was man bestellt, und der Kundenservice ist einwandfrei.
