Although it took longer then anticipated to receive the items they where perfect and I am happy to come back and buy more products.

The customer service was prompt and very helpful. I opted for a replacement pair and they arrived in perfect condition. Amazing customer service. Urban Surfer UK is awesome. 5 stars all the way.

Superfast delivery but finish of the backpack is not perfect.

I compared prices of Converse on lots of different websites and this site was the cheapest by quite a way. I was a bit worried that the shoes would never arrive at that price! I chose the cheapest, second class delivery option however they arrived really quickly before their estimated arrival date. Really pleased. Will definitely use this website again.
