I sent my mother flowers. She sent me a picture of them and they looked terrible. I felt so bad so I contacted urban stems who were awesome and credited me back for the purchase. I tried them a couple of days later and purchased my mom a couple of plants since she was coming in to town. I ordered on 6/27 for a delivery date of 7/6. They were shipped on 7/6 for delivery after she leaves. I give up.

Super disappointed! I got flower bouquet for a friend, first of all - nobody called or ring the bell when flowers was delivered - so bouquet stayed under the sun for 5-6 hours, and of course there was no water there ( some of the flowers were broken and dry ( I never use this service again.

Received a light purple wandering dude as a birthday gift last month. The plant’s been rapidly dying since and I have pics and texts that are time stamped showing the whole ordeal. My mom suggested I check the soil today more thoroughly when I mentioned it was still on the decline. I found tiny silver mites crawling around. It’s thankfully been on my desk and not near my other plants, but customer service did nothing other than tell me there was nothing they’d do since I didn’t contact them right away. I didn’t expect much since I found such horrible reviews online, but feel bad my friend paid so much for a $12 nursery plant that was infested. I wanted to be reasonable with giving it time to settle after shipment and thought the time stamped texts and photos would help, but I got nothing. Save yourself the money bc I sent her a large healthy potted plant from Amazon for less than half the cost and it’s doing great.

I feel so sorry for my cousin, Leslie, who is both sweet and generous. I have been struggling since the deaths of close family members, and so, for my birthday this year, she decided to surprise me with a recurring delivery of flowers as a gift each month. Sadly, the first bouquet arrived two days too late, some flowers wilted, some dead. She requested a replacement bouquet that still has yet to arrive. She was so disappointed and embarrassed. I told her it wasn’t her fault; she meant well, and to be sure to get every penny back on that flower subscription! Folks, don’t trust this company. They’ll cheat you and hurt everyone’s feelings in the process! 😔

I have received 2 arrangements this past month and have been blown away by the flowers. The bouquets are modern and full of flowers not greens. Both times arrangements were fresh and lasted almost 2 weeks.
