Urban Minx – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered a pair of boots fro this company a while back and never got my boots, to this day im still dealing with trying to get my money back its so hard to get in contact with anyone at all. Then they lied and said they were refunding me through paypal still nothing. I called and they told me to call back cause they had a customer really, what wasI when I was making my purchase? They are a big scam take your money dont send your products and then wont refund you............SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not get caught in there scam.......

I tried to make a purchase but the none of the coupon codes worked so I called customer service only to be put on hold and then hung up on!! I've read other bad reviews before about this website on trustpilot (although they've all mysteriously disappeared now) and still decided to give them a try but that was a mistake. Avoid this company...online shopping should be fun, not stressful!!

First off, it took me forever to place an order for ONE cardigan. Then when it finally was added to the cart it kept adding to my cart as TWO cardigans instead of the ONE that i was trying to purchase. Also the coupons that they advertise on their OWN website do not work AT ALL. Horrible to say the least. Finallllllly after my purchase goes through, I receive an email from Urbanminx saying that because My shipping address and billing address don't match up (I used my fathers CC and had it shipped to where I live in Georgia) Which i've never had a problem with this ever. So, in a way i get it..but the weird part was which made me feel like urbanminx is a total rip off/scam is the fact that they asked for me to send them a picture of the credit card that i used and also a picture of a drivers license. Even though, on the email they stated that I only show the last 4 digits of the credit card picture and only the address on the drivers license.. I have NEVER in my LIFE been asked to do some weird like that EVER. I would seriously avoid this company.

I was really impressed to find out that this business is independently owned by a lady from London England. She built this company up from scratch over a 7 year period. I think the European eye shows in the items that are represented at UrbanMinx.com, they offer a unique selection of items that very much appeal to my taste. Paired with great price and free shipping on most items this website is a winner! And the Customer Service team offer REAL advice and assistance which is so hard to find online these days.
