I got my case through the UAG store on Amazon, it developed a problem and I emailed UAG. They asked for some photos and proof of purchase, after I sent these over to UAG they kept me updated with their process and within 48 hours I received an email saying they are sending me a replacement. Can't ask for a better service. Great company to deal with, I would gladly recommend UAG phone cases.

I recently ordered an iPad case, and while I ordered the correct size, it did not fit quite right. The founder of the company had sent an email out, in which he said that customers should never hesitate to hit him up. So I sent him an email and included pictures of the issue with the case. He referred me to the customer service team, which immediately sent out a new case. He then contacted me to make sure the issue was resolved. I am now a customer for life!
