UpTrade – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

TERRIBLE! My brother bought my son a phone for Christmas. The charging port is defective. I have sent about 8 emails, left 10 voicemails and completed the contact us form on their site for the past three weeks and have only received ONE response that said they need additional information...which I already provided. I replied to their email with all the information needed on Friday 1/28 and still have not heard back on 2/2. DO NOT do business with this company. Now we have to pay almost $200 to get the phone fixed so my son has a phone. Unacceptable.

Selling faulty iPhone models.

Do not purchase with uptradeit! My mother made a purchase with them yesterday morning in preparation started ordering everything else she needed for her phone only to wake up today and see that they cancelled her order for no reason!! Very unprofessional and a waste of time

Sent them my iPhone 7plus. Quoted me 167 payout. Phone was like new. Had a screen protector in it. They came back saying it had a broke screen and offered me 0.00. Still trying to get me phone back from them. Won’t answer the phone or email. Very bad company. Avoid like the plague!!!

They don’t answer their phones or emails , sold an iPhone XS Max 64gb they quoted me a price of 394 but then told me they were only giving me 310. I read the reviews they never pay what they say they’re going to give. But I still gave the benefit of the doubt . I’m disappointed in this company. We’re in a pandemic and they want to rip people off .
