The flag is beautiful, however it was packaged in such a manner that resulted in heavy, almost permanent, creased folds. It was packaged so tightly that it was able to be placed into my standard mailbox. The delivery packaging was disappointing. A flag of this quality should be better respected in how it is packaged and delivered.

I am retired military and my wife and son help me put flags on the graves in 6 cemeteries twice a year. This is approximately 1000 8 x 12 flags. Your outstanding company company always gets things to me right on time.

Took a long time to receive the flags from the shipper. The shipper even sent an email asking if we had received the flags because of the length of time involved.

This didn't work the first time so here goes again. This company is very professional

I made a mistake in ordering and the Company graciously helped me reorder, and it all was done in a timely manner. I love seeing my American Flag and Marine Corp flag flying on my balcony
