I took a chance with this new company, since there were no reviews. Now, I am out $36 dollars with a cheaply produced eyeshadow palette. I ordered a Custom Makeup Palette for my mom's birthday. I followed all the directions, uploaded a cover photo, picked out my colors, and added their names. Well, after a week of no updates, I emailed them. They got back to me fast saying it would come that day, which was odd. They kept their word, but the product was disappointing. The cover photo was not only pixelated, but printed offset. Meaning there was white space on the top, and it was cut off at the bottom. The photo I uploaded was a childhood photo. I expected that to be blurry. HOWEVER, the text I added in Adobe Illustrator should not have been pixelated. You could see the individual pixels. There was a weird tiny white rectangle printed on the photo too. It was also missing the heart shape I added, which was odd. I decided to shake it off and look inside. Once again, the text was offset and pixelated. In addition, there was no eyeshadow inside, what? I looked in the rest of the box and found each individual eyeshadow packaged separately. It came disassembled!!! This is not mentioned anywhere on their site. Unless you have small fingers, you will mess up the eyeshadow trying to put it in. Overall, did I get the product I ordered? Kind of, but it was not worth $36. I am a graphic designer, and I probably could have made it better at home and cheaper. On the bright side, the eye shadow feels high-quality. I would suggest buying a pre-made palette instead of making your own. **I wanted to add photos, but Trustpilot did not give me the option. If anyone knows how I can add photos, I would appreciate it. :)
