Ugg’s customer service did me so right. I had an order get sent to the wrong address (I live in an apartment complex and typed in the wrong room number). 100% my fault. And I called to try and track them, accepting the fact that they may be gone forever. The customer service rep I talked to on the phone helped me out and told me to email them about it. A month later they sent me another pair!! I’m over the moon. UGG if you’re listening, you saved me!! The speed of delivery in the UK looked very impressive. I've placed a standard order without paying extra, but they delivered it the next day anyway. The quality of the boots was great as always.
