I guess I was one of the lucky ones that received my products. I love the cooling comforter and would love to buy another if it were possible. (I was looking for one when I came upon this site) It’s the most comfortable, coolest comforter I’ve ever used.

I bought instantice (sp?) comforter through Kickstarter and it's amazing. So cool, smooth, and soft it's quite snuggly without being hot! Even my husband (whom I refer to as my personal space heater) loves it. Sure, nothing is as cool as, well, nothing it just a sheet but if you want a more comforting and luxurious feel without the sweat you'll love this.

I backed this project on Kickstarter. It's been a while to receive it. Don't know how long I would be able to use it cuz it's getting colder.

Didn't receive my order for the duvet as a gift and contacted the customer support, they send me the order confirmation right away and I was able to receive it in time. Nice!
