Quick and easy, no-fuss installation. Engineer was friendly and professional. The router was installed exactly where I wanted it. Speed and service so far have been excellent. I went for the 300mbps package which was 5x faster than my previous TalkTalk connection, and after finding a discount code online to make it £25/m, it was cheaper than TalkTalk too. So-far, so-good!

From the ordering process through to installation, I was impressed with the way that I was kept informed at all stages. Everything worked seamlessly and the installation was superb. Joe and Adam arrived on time and within 90 minutes they had the system up and running, well done chaps! My new Trooli service is ten times faster than BT and with the added benefit of being significantly less expensive.

Well I will start with the fact I was dubious as to sign up for trooli with people complaining about signing up and it either taking forever or not connecting at all. So I decided to contact them directly to check if my road was live or not. A very helpful CS agent called Janet was so so helpful, she explained everything and that the street was live as others on the road where connected. I signed up and was told I'd receive a call for installation with 4 weeks. Got my call 24hrs later and booked for 2 weeks time. On the Friday the engineer turned up, was friendly, polite and answered any questions I had. Within a hour I was up and running at the speeds they said. I had a small blip on the first night of the internet stopping but still had my old one to fall back onto. Since then it's been perfect, everyone can now go online with no lag or stuttering. Thanks trooli for the great job.

I've now been a Trooli customer (residential) since December 2021, having previously had broadband from AOL, TalkTalk, Sky and Plusnet (all piggybacking off the Openreach network). Since I have signed up with the full fibre 300/100 plan, I have not had any outages, only one time have I had to contact the support team for a DNS issue that meant some web sites were slow to load - the incident was acknowledged and fixed the same day (Speed test results were not affected). The only full outages have been due to external factors - power outages - although I now have the modem & router powered off a UPS so phones/laptops running on battery still have decent internet even in a power cut. I've never had a speed test result come back with anything other than the advertised speeds, something that was never the case with A/VDSL providers. I've since renewed the contract for another 18 months. I would happily recommend Trooli to other users in my area (Kent - DA4)
