Troll and Toad – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I submitted my buylist on the fifth and the box went out the following day. I admit to not following the progress very well because I caught a cold, but when I recovered enough to start keeping an eye on things, I noticed that my submission got stuck on "processed, payment pending" for a few days. I contacted T+T on Facebook on the thirteenth and they reminded me it could take up to ten business days for my payment to be sent. They said if I hadn't received the money by the twenty-sixth, I should reach out again and they'd move me up in the queue. Since I didn't message them until about five minutes before closing yesterday, I messaged them at 2:54p today to follow up...and nothing. (It's nearly 6:30 as I write this, and they closed ninety minutes ago.) But—as always—my reviews and ratings are subject to change, so if things get turned around after calling them, I'll be sure to come back. Bottom line: I don't WANT to be upset with them, because I was hoping to eventually sell the vast majority of my collection to them! =Day After= TADA! Money! Rating kicked up to five stars. Now I have to go pay off the stores I bought cards from on extended payments. Exellent service and amazing cards.

I’ve been dealing with T&T for over 4 years. They have provided a meaningful and necessary service in buying my surplus and unwanted cards. Wether it has been credit or cash no issues. I’ve purchased plenty of booster and other boxes and have had zero issues. If you see complaints about how long it’s taking for delivery - ignore them. Take it up with the poorly managed and inept postal service. Admittedly getting better now. However, I had packages not delivered for several months during the height of the pandemic. Had one parcel, that I paid to expedite from SF to PA, took over 3 weeks and that was for overnight delivery. This is not the fault of the sender!

I've bought many cards from their ebay store and have never had a bad experience. Even when shipping was out of whack at the height of the pandemic the cards arrived at a reasonable time. Great store and I frequently buy from them.

I've had great experiences buying cards from them, including some rather expensive Yugioh cards. They pick and pack your order generally within 24 hours and they ship very quickly, although the shipping is expensive. The cards come well packaged and everything listed as near mint on their website has so far been accurate. If you want to, you can request special instructions be followed for your order, so if you would like your cards to ship in a box instead of an envelope, you can request such things. Keep in mind, my experience with Troll And Toad so far has only been with BUYING cards. I have not sold anything to them.
