Tripxtours – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Was charged at the time of booking but did not receive the tickets until hours of waiting and multiple calls to the TripX support team. When I finally received the tickets, they were invalid at the attraction’s ticket office. They finally offered a refund but stopped responding to my support emails. It has now been a few weeks with still no response or refund.
